Hi I’m Rachel Cunningham,
9 years ago, I made a decision to quit working full time and be more present for my growing family. If you would’ve asked me where I saw my business in 10 years, I never would’ve guessed this would be my answer. Starting out with wholesaling children’s apparel & embroidery quickly transitioned to boutique & women’s apparel. We’ve opened 12 different boutique storefronts since 2015. Some have relocated, some are still open in their original location, and some we’ve overhauled into bridal stores. When purchasing our 7,000 square feet building downtown Effingham, we needed another business venture that complemented our ready wear boutique for the second floor. Bridal made sense. We prepped and planned and almost 2 years later, Wild Rose Bridal made its debut. There’s something magical about being a small part of such a big event in someone’s life. But the best part, for me, is by far the lifelong friendships I’ve gained by being a part of this industry.
