Our Sales Contract

YAY! you said “YES” to your dream dress~ Now let’s get a few more important details out of the way. By signing our contract, you acknowledge there will be no refunds, exchanges, or transferring deposits.

  • ALL SALES FINAL! NO EXCEPTIONS

  • OFF RACK SALES- All off rack sales require 50% down to pull the dress off the sales floor. If unable to pay the day of your appointment, the remaining amount is due within 14 days of the original appointment. All off rack dresses are SAMPLE dresses and are likely to have small imperfections. Wild Rose bridal is NOT responsible for imperfections found on OFF rack dresses.

  • PAYMENT PLANS- A nonrefundable down payment of 25% is due at time of purchase and required to say YES to your dress. However 100% of the dress is required to be paid to order your dress. Remaining balance of your dress is due within 90 days of your original purchase date. Once the dress is ordered from the designer NO changes or cancellations can be made. If you have agreed upon a payment plan a minimum payment of $100 is due monthly until your pay off date OR until you dress comes in. (whichever comes first)

  • SIZING- Wild Rose is NOT responsible for changes in YOUR size or length after ordering your dress. we order each dress based off your measurements on that designers size chart taken on the day of your appointment. Sizes are determined by the LARGEST size of the measurements. Wild Rose does NOT assume responsibility for THIRD PARTY seamstresses or cleaners!

  • SHIPPING AND ARRIVAL- Our designers can take up to 6-8 months to manufacture their garments. The lead times vary by designer. If you paid a deposit instead of in full the payment is due within 14 days of the gowns arrival. Please be prepared that gowns can arrival earlier than expected. Once your gown has arrived you have 14 days to pay off and pick up your dress. if your dress is NOT picked up within this time frame a monthly housing fee of $100 will occur on your invoice.

  • After NO payment and or effort to communicate with staff after 30 days your invoice will be cancelled and if your dress has arrived it will be placed onto the sales floor.

  • EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY- If your event is cancelled or postponed, you are still responsible for the full payment of your dress. Any and all deposits made are NONREFUNDABLE.
